To subscribe, please fill in the application form at your nearest Startel office and submit it with the required documents. Due to the Nature of the technology, each customer line needs to be qualified by Startel prior to installing the rahaDSL Service.

As of 01st March 2008, all monthly plans change to per flow plan. Meaning, a customer will only pay for the amount of usage.  Below are details of the new packages available.

Broadband service offers shared (contended) bandwidth and supports networked computers. In the event of network congestion for various reasons, priority is given to traffic on the higher category products. Customers requiring guaranteed bandwidth are advised to contact rahaDSL to choose dedicated internet bandwidth products.

Please note that all accounts that are in-active for 60 days or over will be disconnected regardless of your validity date . A re-application fee of TZS 24,000.00 will be charged for resuming service. Please see terms and conditions for more details.
