Support
rahaDSL provides on site support in case the complaint cannot
be solved online. As the DSL technology is a plug and play
technology most of the complaints are resolved over telephone.
On site support is provided with a charge of TZS 24,000.00 per
visit.
Before you call
In order to avoid delay and to enjoy internet surfing please
do follow the following instructions before you call us.
- Make sure your phone line is working.
- Make sure your CPE (DSL MODEM) is plugged in properly
and powered.
- Check the DSL light (on the front panel) to be ON and
steady, if the light is
flashing switch off the modem for 5 minutes and turn it
ON; wait for another 2 minutes for DSL light to be steady
and then try to check if internet is working. Still you
face problem please call 2865555.
- If you are using a LAN device (HUB, Router, Switch) restart
the device and check for internet connection.
